Abstract

В данной статье раскрываются особенности проведения фоноскопической экспертизы. В статье отмечается, что при назначении фоноскопической экспертизы необходимо иметь в виду, что в процессе ее производства может возникнуть необходимость в дополнительной информации об обстоятельствах, условиях, способе и технических средствах получения фонограмм, приобщенных к уголовному делу.
