Анализ и совершенствование методов оценки стабильности полимерно-битумных вяжущих

Abstract

В статье приведен анализ методов оценки стабильности полимерно-битумных вяжущих. Рассмотрены достоинства и недостатки существующих методов исследования. Показано, что применение визуальных методов оценки структуры полимерно-битумных вяжущих не всегда позволяет прогнозировать их эксплуатационные свойства. На основании анализа современных методов изучения структуры, состава и свойств полимерно-битумных композиций предложена усовершенствованная методика оценки их стабильности при длительном хранении и транспортировке. Предложенная методика позволила установить хорошую совместимость нефтяного битума и сополимеров этилена и винилацетата и высокую стабильность полученных битумно-полимерных композиций.
