The research applies the generation matters of the geoinformational system for regional resources monitoring and management decision information-analytical support. The article represents the system structure, its functions, monitoring data configuration and general operational modes. The basic modes of the system are outlined. The need of application of informational system to the monitoring of the communal property subjects activity indices; analyzing diversified current information; searching for the acceptable variants of the effective regional resource management is grounded.
