
Research objective – definition of priority measures on the formation of a healthy lifestyle of the population from the point of view of heads of healthcare. On the materials of sociological poll of 288 representatives of administration of medical institutions and medical insurance companies their opinion on the distribution of powers, responsibility between the state, the population, employers, and healthcare was studied. Results. It is established that the state support, including at the legislative level (68.4 %) and also increase in the availability of sports and health complexes (27.1 %) and a personal initiative of citizens (29.9 %) will be the priority measures promoting the formation of a healthy lifestyle of the population, according to 72.9 % of the respondents. Implementation of the measures has to be enabled within regional programs with the creation of coordination board at administration of territories. It is expedient to carry out fee on maintaining of a healthy lifestyle at the expense of the Compulsory Health Insurance programs, budget funds of territories and employers (what pointed respectively 45.1 %; 36.1 % and 21.5 % of the respondents) with ensuring financing through Compulsory Health Insurance Fund, the centers of health and territorial polyclinics. Doctors of territorial polyclinics and the centers of health and also the involved special supervising physicians can exercise control of keeping of a healthy lifestyle by citizens. Conclusion. The conducted research allowed to define the strategy and to estimate the importance of measures for the formation of a healthy lifestyle, from the point of view of heads of healthcare.
