Abstract

Автором рассмотрен результат экспертного опроса по теме ключевых психологических качеств, навыков и умений специалистов физической культуры. Теория вопроса соотнесена с понятием soft skills. Опираясь на результаты опроса, было произведено ранжирования психологически важных качеств для административного и педагогического направления в сфере физической культуры и спорта. Наиболее приоритетные soft skills были включены в проект рабочей программы дисциплины «Психологически важные качества специалиста в сфере физической культуры и спорта».
