Abstract

На підставі системного аналізу Земельного кодексу України автором досліджено проблемні питання поділу земель України за цільовим призначенням. Запропоновано висновок про те, що система загального поділу земель на категорії за цільовим призначенням не відповідає вимогам сучасності і повинна бути скасована.
