Uso de IAG en Gestión Documental para Implementación de la Agilidad Organizacional

Abstract

Este estudio tiene como propósito mejorar la agilidad organizacional mediante un Sistema Inteligente de Gestión de Documentos (SIGD). Se implementó una metodología que incluye la recopilación y segmentación de documentos para crear una base de datos vectorial utilizando Inteligencia Artificial Generativa (IAG) y modelos de lenguaje avanzados. Los resultados demuestran mejoras significativas en la eficiencia y productividad, evidenciando que la IAG puede optimizar la toma de decisiones al centralizar información dispersa y facilitar búsquedas semánticas avanzadas. Las conclusiones resaltan que la regulación de variables, como la temperatura en la generación de contenido, ayuda a mitigar el riesgo de alucinaciones en los modelos de IA, asegurando respuestas más precisas. Además, el caso del Sistema Meteorológico Nacional (SMN) ilustra la aplicabilidad de esta solución en el acceso a información crítica, promoviendo una cultura de innovación y adaptabilidad en un entorno empresarial en constante evolución.
