Abstract

Resumo: este inventário de manifestações culturais populares de feição religiosa, descrição densa (GEERTZ, 1989) abrange quatro benzedores de Nova Veneza- Goiás, apreendidas nos seus espaços de ritualização. Com o propósito de problematizar como a educação pode se realizar nestes espaços sociais, as manifestações foram crivadas por indicadores analíticos, visando interpretar seus processos formativos e transmissão cultural. Palavras-chave: Memória. Cultura. Educação. Religiosidade. Manifestações Culturais.
