Democracy has developed and develops only in so far as the relationship betweenGovernment and the governed is one correct, balanced and in compliance with the foundation offundamental rights of the individual. One of the prerequisites for the rule of law is constitutional andrule, primarily through constitutionality of laws. Thus, the constitutional jurisdiction shall appoint allof the institutions, procedures and techniques by which the supremacy of the Constitution and theEuropean model in this regard, it is interesting and topical permanent.
