Abstract

La delgada y vulnerable línea del bienestar emocional, tan amenazada en la civilización moderna, queda especialmente sometida al riesgo no sólo en situaciones límite sino también en contextos más cotidianos singularmente propicios, tal y como sucede con el ámbito laboral, paradigmático contexto de exposición, sobre todo bajo las coordenadas productivas actuales marcadas por una acusada “infotecnificación” y una profunda crisis sanitaria, económica y social a raíz de la pandemia por covid-19 y sus continuos rebrotes. Con las miras puestas en un modelo decente de seguridad y salud laboral, es necesario diseñar una gestión preventiva integral de las dolencias psicosociales, que aglutine un adecuado desarrollo de reconocimientos médicos capaces de detectar enfermedades en estado latente evitando episodios futuros.
