Botryosphaeria sinensis – первая находка на люпине белом

Abstract

При микологическом анализе семян люпина белого сорта Дега из Орловской области в 2018 году был выделен штамм MF КР-12.1, по морфолого-культуральным характеристикам сходный с грибами Botryosphaeria. Филогенетический анализ на основе нуклеотидных последовательностей фрагментов генов большой субъединицы рРНК (LSU), фактора элонгации-1α (TEF) и внутреннего транскрибируемого спейсера (ITS) позволил однозначно установить принадлежность штамма виду B. sinensis. При заражении в лабораторных условиях 2-недельных растений люпина белого мицелиальной суспензией штамма B. sinensis степень поражения растений на 3 сут достигла 67 %, на 10 сут отмечалась 100 % гибель растений. Патогенные свойства были подтверждены реизоляцией штамма B. sinensis из пораженных растений. Это первая находка B. sinensis на люпине белом, который не был известен как возможный хозяин для этого гриба. Также это первое обнаружение B. sinensis на территории России.
