Abstract

En años recientes dirigentes europeos han dirigido su mirada hacia América Latina, por considerar que ésta es una de las regiones menos afectada por la crisis de la economía mundial ocurrida en l os últimos años. Podemos comprobar tal apreciación en el siguiente comentario sobre las Economías Latinoamericanas: “a lo largo de 2012, los países Latinoamericanos se han convertido en un oasis para los inversionistas, las reglas claras y políticas económ icas fortalecidas han provocado un crecimiento sin precedentes en la región”. De igual manera, en foros internacionales como la Cumbre de los países de la Comunidad de Estados Latinoamericanos y Caribeños (CELAC) y la CELAC - Unión Europea (CELAC - UE), que se llevó a cabo en Santiago de Chile durante los días 26 y 27 de enero de 2013, se hizo patente ese particular interés de la Comunidad Europea por los países Latinoamericanos.
