Abstract

O artigo tem por objetivo o levantamento e a apresentação dos programas, relatórios e soluções referentes à gestão ambiental dos Portos de São Francisco do Sul e Itapoá. Foi contemplada uma análise da ocupacional e ambiental da baía da Babitonga, estuário onde estão localizadas as áreas portuárias. As licenças ambientais foram citadas como uma referência da legislação brasileira para o meio ambiente. O referencial base para os estudos foram artigos publicados nos últimos 10 anos, as páginas da web dos portos de São Francisco do Sul e de Itapoá e a legislação ambiental brasileira vigente. Estão apresentados aspectos sócio-econômicos e ambientais dos empreendimentos portuários e da região estuarina da baía da Babitonga. Os programas ambientais, seus relatórios e ações. Uma avaliação comparativa entre programas e resultados são contemplados. Conclui-se com uma análise quali-quantitativa dos resultados apresentados pelos relatórios dos programas ambientais e seu impacto na biota regional .
