Esporotricosis cutánea diseminada

Abstract

Se presenta el caso de un hombre de 64 años de edad, inmunocompetente, con esporotricosis cutánea que comprometía 3 regiones anatómicas diferentes y linfangitis en miembro superior derecho; el diagnóstico fue confirmado mediante cultivo y prueba cutánea con esporotriquina.
