Abstract

Este artículo es una propuesta de agenda de las Regiones Autónomas, que hace la Comisión del Caribe nicaragüense en el Consejo Nacional de Planificación Económica y Social, a las autoridades políticas que gobernarán Nicaragua en el quinquenio 2007-2012, y a la comunidad costeña misma, Para esto señalan los principios fundamentales para implementar el desarrollo regional autonómico con identidad; el concepto de sociedad civil en las Regiones Autónomas; los diferentes planteamientos de las diversas etnias en cuanto a la autonomía, la salud, la educación, la demarcación territorial y su desarrollo mismo, principalmente, y los retos actuales de la sociedad civil y de los Gobiernos Regionales en el Caribe nicaragüense.
