Abstract

O artigo objetivou investigar a relação entre Estresse Acadêmico, Fenômeno do Impostor e estratégias de Coping no contexto da Pós-graduação stricto sensu na área de negócios. Realizou-se uma pesquisa quantitativa, obtendo-se uma amostra de 535 alunos e professores. Adotou-se a estatística descritiva, análise fatorial e correlação de Pearson. Percebeu-se que a principal fonte de estresse é a sobrecarga de trabalho; e os sentimentos que mais se sobressaem são dúvidas em relação à capacidade de obter sucesso, medo de falhar, subestimação das capacidades próprias e superestimação das capacidades dos colegas. Encontrou-se baixa relação entre o estresse acadêmico e o fenômeno do impostor. Ademais, constatou-se como relações mais expressivas as estratégias de isolamento, considerada estratégia de Coping negativa.
