НОРМАТИВНО-ПРАВОВЕ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПРОСТОРОВИХ ФОРМ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ БІЗНЕСУ В УКРАЇНІ: КЛЮЧОВІ ПРОБЛЕМИ ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ РОЗВИТКУ

Abstract

Представлено результати дослідження інституційного середовища розвитку просторових форм організації бізнесу в Україні. Виділено ключові проблеми нормативно-правового регулювання діяльності спеціальних (вільних) економічних зон, наукових, технологічних, індустріальних парків, кластерів. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо вдосконалення державного регулювання їхньої діяльності.
