While substantive law determines rights and obligations, judicial law aims to resolve the dispute arising in an event of non-fulfillment and violation of these rights and obligations and eliminate the violation. Over time, different branches of jurisdiction have emerged for various reasons. The differences in the organization of the judiciary and the judicial bodies and the judicial procedures have become more distinct and evident in our country and worldwide. Each jurisdiction has its specific development process, principles, characteristics, rules, and terminology. However, all jurisdictions share some common concepts, objectives, and principles. These make a judgement a judgement. For example, every jurisdiction must observe a fair trial. Moreover, the Constitution frames the judiciary holistically by distinguishing between the legislative, executive, and judiciary. Although the specific characteristics of each jurisdiction were considered, this study investigated the jurisdictions in general and civil and administrative jurisdictions in particular within this integrity. The purpose of this study was not to reject this distinction but to draw attention to a common understanding, language, andapproach in these fields, which have many common principles, rules, and practices, despite their differences. It also prepares the ground for both fields (especially those that affect each other) to produce solutions by discussing similar problems together.
