Abstract Aim: Describe the association of in-office whitening and resin infiltration of white spots caused after orthodontic treatment. Case report: Anterior teeth received in-office whitening with hydrogen peroxide. After 7 days, the white spots were infiltrated with a very low viscosity resin. Conclusion: The association of in office-whitening and resin infiltration of white spots is a minimal invasive alternative treatment that improves chromatic alterations with satisfactory results. Key words: Tooth bleaching, dental bonding.
