Abstract

Las técnicas de Inteligencia de Negocios facilitan el análisis y presentación de los datos generados por los Sistemas de Información, por lo que se hace necesario conocer la relación que existe entre las fases del Flujo de Actividades de un Sistema de Información y las técnicas de Inteligencia de Negocios. El interés que puedan tener las empresas, organizaciones o instituciones en la implantación de técnicas de Inteligencia de Negocios se debe a que estas herramientas son capaces de facilitar el análisis de información de diferentes fuentes de forma simultánea, brindándole al analista la posibilidad de hacer análisis del ambiente que le rodea, tener un conocimiento más amplio de los procesos internos de su empresa o institución, combinar la información que posee con distintos parámetros y alcanzar mejores interpretaciones útiles a la institución en apoyo a la toma de decisiones.
