Abstract

Cilj razprave je označiti poetološke in filozofske lastnosti dramatskih tekstov Ivana Preglja, ki je za vzor novejše evropske in tudi svoje dramatike priznal Henrika Ibsena, sam pa človeka v literaturi koncipiral krščansko dualistično, kot dramatično sožitje telesa in duha, snovi in etosa, ter napisal baročno ekspresionistična dramska besedila, v katerih je združil naturalistični detajl, simbol in ekstatiko tako, da nemalokrat učinkujejo tudi groteskno.
