Los sistemas productivos locales en la gestión del desarrollo local en Cuba

Abstract

Presenta un análisis en torno a los sistemas productivos locales (SPL de ahora en adelante) y su papel en la gestión del desarrollo en Cuba, que favorezca la sistematización del término y un acercamiento a una definición adaptada a las condiciones y características de modelo económico cubano. Se emplearon diferentes métodos, tanto teóricos como empíricos, sostenidos en la visión materialista –dialéctica en el análisis de los procesos abordados, así como la utilización de instrumentos de recopilación de la información y consulta a expertos. Se aporta una definición de SPL para el caso de Cuba, y se demuestra la necesidad del diseño de instrumentos, procedimientos o metodologías que permitan la identificación y formación de SPL en el ámbito nacional, reconociéndose este último como un problema científico aun no resuelto.
