Tres fases de la internacionalización de las empresas industriales argentinas. Una historia de pioneros, incursiones y fragilidad

Abstract

Desde una perspectiva de largo plazo, el análisis de la internacionalización de las empresas manufactureras argentinas a través de inversiones directas en el exterior (IED) sugiere que este proceso no resulta un fenómeno microeconómico aislado y privativo de un número reducido de firmas, sino que constituye un aspecto más de las distintas fases de la evolución de la estructura industrial y su interacción con las restricciones y oportunidades que presenta el escenario internacional.
