Abstract

En esta investigación se abordó el estudio del paisaje en las afueras de Comodoro Rivadavia y su vinculación con la industria petrolera, principal actividad que lo modifica. Mediante un enfoque de paisaje perceptual, con énfasis en lo visual y centrado en las personas, se abordó el estudio del paisaje para conocer cuáles son aquellos aspectos que importan al espectador, teniendo en cuenta que es una construcción cargada de significados y que presenta estrecha vinculación con la cultura de una comunidad. Se trabajó en la identificación de variables del paisaje que sensibilizan al espectador local, a través de entrevistas en profundidad que incluían la técnica de foto elucidación, y que pudieran ser consideradas en la evaluación ambiental de intervenciones por parte de la industria.
