Abstract

Considerando a interdependência entre saneamento básico, meio ambiente e saúde em termos de qualidade de vida da população, seria de se esperar que o tema fosse da maior relevância Conferência das Nações Unidas Sobre Meio Ambiente e Desenvolvimento, em junho, no Rio de Janeiro. Mas nem as organizações não governamentais, ONGs, se entendem sobre o assunto.
