Abstract

En el artículo se brindan las características tecnológicas de los diferentes tipos de aleaciones de aluminio que existen: (peso específico, resistencia a la tracción, resistencia a la corrosión, etc.), y la clasificación y designación de las aleaciones de estos materiales. Se trata el problema de su soldabilidad operatoria que está influenciada por la formación estable de su óxido a temperatura ambiente. El trabajo trata sobre los principales aspectos teóricos y prácticos en la soldadura y la recuperación de piezas de los aluminios y sus aleaciones entre las que se encuentran las siguientes: preparación de las piezas en cuanto a limpieza superficial, preparación de los bordes, criterios para la selección del material de aporte, precalentamiento de las piezas, tipo de corriente y gas protector, métodos de soldadura y criterios para evitar tensiones y deformaciones.
