Клеточный состав гемолимфы моллюсков Viviparus viviparus (Gastropoda: Prosobranchia)

Abstract

Изучен клеточный состав гемолимфы переднежаберных моллюсков Viviparus viviparus. На основании результатов морфометрического и цитофлуориметрического анализа в гемолимфе выделены две функционально активные популяции клеток, которые отличаются размерами и сложностью цитоплазматического компартмента, а также по способности образовывать псевдоподии. Кроме основных, выявлена переходная популяция, которая представлена клетками, находящимися на разных этапах созревания и специализации. Высказано предположение о наличии у V. viviparus одной линии дифференцировки клеток гемолимфы.
