Parámetros controladores del costo Capital de los parques eólicos

Abstract

El conocimiento del costo capital de los parques eólicos presenta gran importancia para determinar su factibilidad y el beneficio económico o su equivalente energético que el mismo puede reportar. El costo capital de los parques eólicos está determinado por parámetros internos o controladores básicos del costo como: la potencia, número de máquinas, altura del cubo; y parámetros externos como: el índice de inflación, la altitud del parque y otros, que pueden alterar el costo básico del mismo. En este trabajo se demostró mediante la aplicación de un modelo paramétrico, obtenido con anterioridad, que un parque eólico con determinada potencia puede tener costos muy diferentes en dependencia de la estructura que se adopte para el mismo, es decir, la combinación de los parámetros controladores del costo. Se pudo apreciar también, las ventajas que ofrece la estimación paramétrica para los estudios de factibilidad, la optimización de variantes y los análisis de sensibilidad.
