A QUESTÃO DO FATOR HUMANO NA CERTIFICAÇÃO AERONÁUTICA

Abstract

Ao longo dos anos o nível de segurança das aeronaves tem melhorado significativamente graças ao acelerado desenvolvimento tecnológico introduzindo nas cabines de vôo. Mesmo assim, ainda existe um campo muito grande no qual se deve atuar, no que diz respeito aos aspectos associados à questão dos Fatores Humanos relacionados a este posto de trabalho. O objetivo deste texto é apresentar alguns conceitos relativos ao item certificação aeronáutica, apontando os órgãos nacionais e internacionais que se dedicam à sua realização e os documentos que a norteiam. Além disso, mostra alguns pontos referentes ao tópico da adequação dos projetos às necessidades e limitações humanas, direcionando para as dificuldades hoje existentes para a condução do processo.
