La investigación destaca que la dinámica relacional es clave en la buena gestión de liderazgo pedagógico en los servicios educativos. Se realizó un estudio correlacional complementado con un análisis de diferencia de medias aplicándose una adaptación del Inventario emocional de BarOn (1997) a los 310 directivos de las 63 escuelas de la Red de colegios privados más grande del Perú y se relacionó con los niveles de satisfacción que 13,475 padres de familia reportaron sobre su gestión. Se determinó que existe correlación significativa positiva y que la diferencia es altamente significativa.
