Essai de fertilisation du Pennisetum clandestinum au Cameroun : aspects qualitatifs et quantitatifs

Abstract

Fertilization trial on Pennisetum clandestinum in Cameroon : qualitative and quantitative. Dry matter production of Pennisetum clandestinum on sand, in pot trials, has been studied according to a "constant sum" methodology for the 3 elements N, P and K, with distribution of the nutritive solution to the obtention of the 3 total dosis tested. Various cuts have been made. Pennisetum clandestinum gives a positive answer to fertilization and a ternary optimum 61 % N, 26 % P and 13 % K may be proposed ; the optimum no varying significatively (a = 0.05) with the total dosis or the number of cuts.

Keywords
