Reporte de caso: síndrome de nevus azul con manifestaciones gastrointestinales

Abstract

El síndrome de nevus azul es un desorden vascular caracterizado por múltiples malformaciones venosas, involucrando diferentes órganos (entre ellos: piel y TGI). Estas pueden causar sangrado crónico, difícil de controlar. Reportamos el caso de un varón con anemia crónica; con lesiones sugestivas de nevus azul. Fue tratado con enteroscopia intraoperatoria y resección intestinal.
