Abstract

Стаття присвячена актуальним проблемам теорії та практики законодавчих референдумів і відповідного виду референдної демократії. Аналізується сутність, зміст і юридичні властивості категорії «законодавча референдна демократія». Досліджується досвід законодавчої референдної демократії за кордоном і перспективи її утвердження в Україні.
