Studies on the formation of Brazilian geopolitics are usually focused on the traditional items of the subject, such as territoriality, space, economic resources and militar power. This assay aims to analyze the cutting point where it would be not believable to identify the existence of cultural factors that would also contribute to build the modern national geopolitics thinking, especially in the first years in the 20th century.
