Cambio de paradigma en los programas de estudio profesionales

Abstract

La humanidad ha dado un gran giro, la aparición del Covid-19 obligó a las poblaciones de los distintos hemisferios a modificar su sistema de vida, educación y trabajo. Abruptamente los esquemas cambiaron, la adaptación fue requerida de inmediato. Es allí cuando aparece el punto de quiebre, y surge la interrogante ¿estaba preparada la sociedad para todo esto? La formación del profesional guarda ahora una nueva visión, la modificación de los planes de estudio adecuados cada 5 o 10 años ya no es viable; un nuevo paradigma se hace evidente, la toma de conciencia sobre la necesidad de actuar para un ahora y un después a fin de asegurar un sano crecimiento de la población, es fundamental. De ello tampoco escapan las carreras de ingeniería civil, así como arquitectura y urbanismo, no pueden permanecer estáticas ante lo impredecible y circunstancial, ya está visto que la humanidad es frágil.
