A RELATIVIZAÇÃO DA COISA JULGADA

Abstract

Este artigo analisa as teorias de relativização que propõem a adoção de meios atípicos para afastar a coisa julgada material. Aborda os institutos legais existentes em nosso ordenamento jurídico para desconstituir a coisa julgada. Por fim, promove um estudo de caso concreto observado em sede de juizado especial.
