ОТДАЛЕННЫЕ ПОСЛЕДСТВИЯ ЛАПАРОСКОПИЧЕСКОЙ ХОЛЕЦИСТЭКТОМИИ

Abstract

Заболеваемость желчнокаменной болезнью в мире постоянно растет, и в то же время неуклонно увеличивается количество выполняемых холецистэктомий. Проблема отдаленных последствий холецистэктомии остается весьма дискутабельной, как и само определение термина «постхолецистэктомический синдром». В статье приведены данные анализа историй болезни пациентов, перенесших холецистэктомию и повторно госпитализированных в стационар. Показаны структура госпитализаций и основные причины повторных обращений за изученный период. Также освещены некоторые аспекты функциональных расстройств в рамках постхолецистэктомического синдрома.
