Abstract

Стаття присвячена питанню правового регулювання комерційного посередництва. Проаналізовано нормативно-правові акти, що регулюють дані відносини, виділено ознаки агентських відносин і суб’єктний склад. Запропоновано внести зміни до Господарського кодексу України, де конкретизується визначення комерційного посередництва.
