
Рurpose of the study – to assess the state of the cervix in dynamics with papillomovirus infection in women who received and did not receive colpocid treatmen Subjects and methods. After a comprehensive examination, the effectiveness of the treatment methods was compared in two comparison groups (n = 50 and n = 50). The results of microscopic, bacteriological, molecular-biological, cytological methods and colposcopy were evaluated before and after therapy in groups with and without the usage of the colposide preparation. Results. A high (88 %) efficacy of PVI therapy with the usage of the colpocid preparation was demonstrated with an evaluation of the result at 6 and 12 months. In cases where patients were receiving destructive methods of treatment in postoperative period none of the presented cases had complications. Epithelialization had been proceeded under the fibrin film and was achieved by 28-30 days in 100 % of cases Conclusion. The usage of the vaginal gel which is based on lipoteichoic and glycyrizic acids in cases where patients have had HPV associated with cervical pathology, makes it possible to accelerate the elimination of HPV, provides healing of the cervix after destructive methods of treatment without scarring and bleeding.
