La formación en la empresa española: ¿sólo se busca mejorar los resultados organizacionales?

Abstract

La formación de los empleados es una de las prácticas de recursos humanos más utilizadas por las empresas para mejorar su competitividad. La pregunta que nos hacemos en este trabajo es si las empresas buscan algo más que mejorar sus resultados y su competitividad cuando hacen formación. Veremos, con una muestra de 374 grandes empresas españolas, que las empresas cuando realizan formación buscan, además de mejorar sus resultados, mejorar también su legitimidad.
