Получение нефтеполимерной смолы с заданными свойствами из тяжелой смолы пиролиза

Abstract

Осуществлен синтез нефтеполимерной смолы из тяжелой смолы пиролиза завода «Полимир» ОАО «Нафтан» методом термической полимеризации. Исследована кинетика химических реакций. Изучено влияние условий синтеза и разделения реакционной смеси на выход, температуру размягчения, йодное число и плотность нефтеполимерной смолы. Установлено, что полученная нефтеполимерная смола как пластифицирующий агент невулканизованных резиновых смесей не уступает промышленно применяемой стирол-инденовой смоле
