Sometimes we have only an image that we should get our information by that. There are many search engines and software's that can search images but all of them don’t have the ability to search for similar images, image search by image. In this paper first, we explained performance, algorithmic search, and retrieval power of 2 powerful search engines (google, TinEye) then we compared retrieval power of them using relevance formula. Then, 2 important software's in discover of similar pictures in databases " Image Comparer" and " Similar Picture Find" In terms of performance, the algorithms used in image retrieval and its power has been investigated and compared them. We used Qualitative Research by Comparative methods. Our investigation showed "google" and " investigated" are more powerful than anothers. Keywords
