Abstract

Durante las últimas décadas la administración sanitaria ha aprobado numerosas medidas legislativas con el fin de reducir el gasto público en medicamentos. Todas estas medidas actúan sobre la oferta de la prestación farmacéutica y las más destacables son el RD 5/2000, los últimos reales decretos leyes RDL 4/2010, 8/2010, 9/2011 y 16/2012 y algunas de las medidas adoptadas por Andalucía y Galicia (las popularmente conocidas como subasta de medicamentos y “cataloguiño”).
