Organizaciones empresariales y conflictos en la burguesía vitivinícola argentina

Abstract

La Corporación Vitivinícola Argentina (COVIAR) fue considerada, en sus primeros años, como ejemplo para otras cadenas productivas de trabajo conjunto, consenso y diseño de objetivos a largo plazo. No obstante, la conflictividad no estuvo ausente. ¿Cómo fue el recorrido entre las principales organizaciones empresariales de la vitivinicultura que condujo a diferencias y conflictos explícitos? Este análisis permite registrar cómo la heterogeneidad de intereses en el interior de la clase capitalista pasó, en pocos años, de aunar intereses y converger hacia la unidad a explicitar y hacer públicas las disputas sectoriales. Algunas preguntas que se desprenden de ese proceso son ¿en qué medida es posible uniformar un interés en una actividad agroindustrial cuando se parte de intereses sectoriales y posiciones tan divergentes?, ¿es posible construir esa unidad con una permanencia de largo alcance capaz de trascender diferentes coyunturas económicas o institucionales?
