Анализ перспектив изменения продолжительности рабочей недели

Abstract

Современные технологии позволяют снизить продолжительность рабочей недели с пятидневной до четырехдневной. Данный вопрос обсуждается все чаще и чаще. В связи с актуальностью данной темы в статье, на основе анализа действующего законодательства в области трудового права, приведены преимущества и недостатки введения четырехдневной рабочей недели в России, рассмотрены возможные риски, а также озвучена позиция Министерства труда по данному вопросу.
