Abstract

В статье рассматривается один из актуальных вопросов судебной лингвистической экспертологии - унижение чести и достоинства лица. Анализируется понятие оскорбления как неприличной формы выражения. На основе материалов реального судебного дела рассматривается вопрос о наличии в тексте оскорбления личности чиновника, умышленного публичного оскорбления представителя власти при исполнении своих должностных обязанностей.
