ВОЗРАСТНЫЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ И ИНДИВИДУАЛЬНАЯ ИЗМЕНЧИВОСТЬ ВЕН НАДПОЧЕЧНИКОВ НОВОРОЖДЕННЫХ

Abstract

Ни в одном руководстве по анатомии нет детального описания венозного русла надпочечников. В данной работе впервые детально была исследована система венозного оттока от правого и левого надпочечника и выявлено участие вен надпочечников в формировании нижнего порто канального анастамоза. В статье уделяется большое внимание изучению возрастных особенностей и индивидуальной изменчивости вен надпочечников новорожденных, что, безусловно, до настоящего времени является актуальнейшей проблемой перинатальной хирургической помощи. Данное исследование показало, что изучение вариантов анатомии вен надпочечников, их индивидуальная изменчивость, несомненно, связана с особенностями развития венозной системы в целом.
