This article shows the way how the Japanese governmental forces try to use all their financial, demographic, and technologic sources to solve current demographic crisis. The most of socio-economic spheres in society are under the pressure of automatization, robotization, and digitalization, therefore there is no doubt that a new migration policy of Japan involves just a temporal occupation of blue-color workers in the country. As a result, all these attempts of solving the demographic problem only make the Industry 4.0 appear much faster.
