In this paper we propose discussing the issue of preserving the monumental artwork, namely the Arta mosaic panel (Art attributes), made by Mihai Burea (1972), on the facade of building No.7, from Kiev Street, Chisinau (the former Trade Union Palace, Râşcani district). The purpose of the research is the study of dismantling, preserving / conserving the mosaic panel in the national patrimony. This description of the process of dismantling and preserving / conserving the mosaic panel will serve as a practical example and methodical guide for studying mosaic techniques and technology.
