Abstract

Семена фасоли обладают уникальными питательными свойствами, так как содержат важные белки, углеводы, минералы, витамины и пищевые волокна. Кроме того, в них присутствует разнообразие биологически активных соединений, которые оказывают влияние на организм человека, хотя не являются основными питательными веществами. Цель данного обзора заключается в описании основных компонентов, содержащихся в семенах фасоли, и их воздействии на человеческий организм, включая как положительные, так и отрицательные аспекты.
